Every major platform must give you your own data (Google Takeout, Instagram "Download your information"). We guide you through it — see the step-by-step guide. It takes a day or two to arrive.

Drop the export into MyChoice. Your file is parsed once into patterns and then immediately destroyed — we keep the insights, never the raw export. (The browser sample goes further: it computes everything on your device.)
